Welcome to Infield Glow. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who can use Infield Glow

You may use this site and place orders if you can form a binding contract with us. If you're under 18, you may use Infield Glow only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use and any purchases.

2. Orders, pricing & availability

All products are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel quantities. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen; if we find an error in the price of something you ordered, we'll let you know and you can confirm or cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.

3. Made-to-order products

Many Infield Glow items are printed and made to order. Production and shipping timelines, along with our returns and exchange policy, are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Infield Glow name, logo, designs, artwork, photography, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access for misuse.

6. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infield Glow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
