Most Infield Glow pieces are printed and made just for you, so here's exactly what to expect from "order placed" to "on the field."
Production time
Because items are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Embroidered pieces and items with a woven label may take a little longer.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love it. If something isn't right, email hello@infieldglow.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we'll replace it or refund you in full — no charge to you.
- Sizing or change of mind: because items are made to order, we handle these case by case. Reach out and we'll do our best to swap sizes.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for a size exchange.
Sizing
Not sure on a size? Email us your usual fit and we'll point you the right way before you order — it saves everyone a step.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking stalls or a package goes missing, contact us and we'll chase it down with the carrier and sort it out.
