Infield Glow ("Infield Glow," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — with special care for our younger community.

1. Who we are

Infield Glow is a direct-to-consumer apparel brand. You can reach us anytime at hello@infieldglow.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Waitlist / "Glow Crew" signups: your email address and, optionally, your first name.
Referrals: if you join through a friend's referral link, we record that you were referred so we can credit them; if you share your own link, we count how many friends join through it to unlock your rewards. We don't ask for or store your friends' contact details — they choose to sign up themselves.
Glow Crew Ambassador applications: if you apply, your first name, age, U.S. state, optional team and social handles, and a short "why." If you're under 18, we also collect a parent/guardian's name and email and email them a one-time link to confirm — we do not enroll anyone under 18 until a parent or guardian confirms. We use first names only in anything public.
Orders: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided), and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
Messages: anything you send us by email or in a form.

Information collected automatically

Basic device and usage data (browser type, pages viewed, referring links) and cookies or similar technologies used to run the site and understand what's working.

3. How we use your information

To process and ship your orders and provide customer support.
To send drop announcements, perks, and brand updates if you joined the waitlist or opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To review and run the Glow Crew Ambassador program, including obtaining parent/guardian consent for applicants under 18.
To operate, secure, and improve the site.
To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Infield Glow, under contracts that limit their use of it — for example:

Shopify — our store, checkout, and payment processing.
Apliiq — production and order fulfillment.
Cloudflare — website hosting and waitlist storage.
Klaviyo — our email platform, used to send the drop updates and perks you've opted into.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

5. Children's privacy

Infield Glow is made for teen athletes, and we take young people's privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up or make purchases for you. Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13 has given us personal information can email hello@infieldglow.com and we will review and delete it promptly.

For our Glow Crew Ambassador program, anyone under 18 is not enrolled until a parent or guardian confirms by clicking a one-time link we email them, and we use first names only in anything public.

6. Your choices & rights

Email: unsubscribe using the link in any message, or email us.
Access & deletion: request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@infieldglow.com.
Depending on where you live (for example, California and certain other U.S. states), you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us to exercise them and we won't discriminate against you for doing so.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

8. Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and our store and payments run over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is 100% secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take additional steps where required.
