When does Infield Glow officially launch?+
We're finalizing our launch date now. Join the waitlist to be first to know the second it's official — plus get early access and a founding-member discount.
How long will shipping take once you launch?+
Every piece is made to order through our print partner — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to sell. Please allow about 7–10 business days for production before your order ships, plus transit time on top. Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. What sizes do you carry, and how does sizing run?+
Most Infield Glow pieces are cut relaxed and a little oversized. We are measuring real production samples rather than repeating a generic chart, so exact garment measurements go up before Drop 1 ships. Until then, the most reliable move is to measure a top you already own flat, pit to pit — see the size guide.
What's your return and exchange policy?+
Return anything unworn and unwashed with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued once the return reaches us. Prefer a different size instead? Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery. What are your pieces made of, and how do I take care of them?+
Fabric and weight are listed on each product page under Details, taken from the blank manufacturer's own spec — the hoodies are a 10 oz heavyweight fleece, the Script Crew a 9.4 oz garment-dyed fleece. A couple of the tees don't have their specs recorded yet, and we'd rather say nothing than guess. Care: Wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on a print.
Do you do team or bulk orders?+
Team and bulk orders aren't open yet. Email us and we'll come back to you when they are. More about team orders.
Is Infield Glow only for softball players?+
Not at all. We're built by and for the softball community, but every piece is designed as everyday streetwear first. If the look is you, it's for you — on the field or nowhere near it.
Will a size restock if it sells out?+
Because most pieces are made to order, sizes rarely sell out for good. If something looks unavailable, check back soon — or join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment it's back.
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship to the United States only for now. International shipping is on our roadmap — join the Glow Crew and we'll let you know as soon as it opens up.
